Hope in God’s transformative power

Jesus looked at them and said, 'With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God.'
Marcos 10:27NVI
This verse arises at a crucial moment when the disciples were questioning who could be saved. Jesus confronts them with the reality of human limitation, making it clear that, by our own merits or efforts, salvation and true life transformation are unreachable. Christ's statement isn't just about physical miracles, but about the divine capacity to change the human heart and open doors where logic only sees walls. It is an invitation to rest in the sovereignty of a God who is not limited by our impossibilities. In practice, this text encourages us to bring before the Father the situations we consider lost—whether a broken relationship, an addiction, or a forgotten dream. When we recognize that we cannot, we make room for the God of the impossible to manifest His glory and grace in our lives.
