Seeking Peace in Relationships

If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.
Romanos 12:18NVI
This verse invites us to be active agents of reconciliation. The Apostle Paul recognizes that while peace does not always depend solely on us, our part must be fulfilled with excellence and intentional effort. Living in peace is not just about avoiding conflict, but actively seeking mutual well-being. In practice, this means setting aside pride, practicing forgiveness, and seeking dialogue even when we are confronted. It is a call to reflect the character of Christ, who is the Prince of Peace, in all our social, family, and professional interactions. We should exhaust all possibilities for harmony before accepting a stalemate. This involves patience, empathy, and the humility to recognize that Christian love must prevail over the need to be right or to win an argument.
