Fullness of Joy Through Prayer
“Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete.”
In this passage from the Gospel of John, Jesus prepares His disciples for a new level of relationship with the Father. He presents prayer 'in His name' not as a magic formula, but as an invitation to deep intimacy, where our requests align with God's will and His loving character.
