I was just thinking about how much your attitude changes the game around here. It’s rare to find someone who gives us the space to try, mess up, and fix it without the weight of judgment. You provide a sense of security that makes the team want to give more just for the pleasure of seeing things move. Thanks for not being the type who just points out mistakes, but the one who teaches us how to steer the ship back on track.
