I was just sitting here looking at my desk and realized that what you gave me isn't on any spreadsheet. It’s that calm you brought whenever a deadline got tight, and the way you showed me I was capable even before I believed it myself. I’m taking that borrowed courage with me wherever I go, but I’ll admit my heart sinks a little knowing I won’t have your desk right there to save me from the chaos tomorrow.
